What is it your Realtor will hesitate to tell you that you should know?  Well let's rule out the good things. Your realtor will tell you all the good things about your house.  That's a given.

What your Realtor, may hesitate in telling you are the undesirable things about your house.  The reasons why somebody might not want to buy your home are just as important as the reasons a buyer will want to buy your home.  If you can face the objections, and deal with them head on, you will be inches from selling your home.  

Ask your realtor, what will keep your home from selling?    i.e clutter, a visual distraction, noise factor.  Does your otherwise gorgeous home have an odour?  Most sellers  don't realize that buyers may not even step into a home that smells of cigarette smoke.

A really good realtor will help you navigate through the 'objections' by minimizing them.
