Have you read the news?  An article in the Toronto Star, Tuesday May 18th, 2010, 'Buyers' market in the wings as new listings outpace sales', suggests the sellers' market is coming to an end as there is more choice for buyers.   So, if you've sold good for you.  If you haven't, don't despair, a good Realtor,...no a really good Realtor will help you sell your home.

How do you characterize a really good Realtor?  Is it the most popular?  The one with most advertising?  The answer to all these questions is no.  A really good realtor has current  training/knowledge and uses modern marketing strategies to get your home sold quickly and for top dollar.  

It's not who you know, it's what you know that matters.  Knowledge makes the difference.
