It's Buyer Time...soooo many sellers on the market has prices cooling.  Although it's typical for buyers to take time off in the summer, this time it looks like the real estate market is changing very quickly with signs of prices actually dropping.  What's in it for you?  It's a great time to buy a home.  But, if you've got to sell, be sure to do that first.
