Let's face it - paint is not just paint.  Painting a room or a home for higher resale value is tricky business.  Why?  Because, if you choose the right colour  you stand to gain five, ten, fifteen thousand or more on the sale of your home. Choose the wrong colour, and although the paint is fresh, it will do little to inspire potential buyers to put an offer in on your home.  

Re-painting a room to attract top dollar, or even a bidding war, is best left to someone who has the knowledge and experience to choose the right shade of a modern neutral colour.  Choose a realtor who has training in interior design, or is willing to supply the expertise so that you can use this relatively inexpensive tool to make the maximum amount of money in the sale of your home.
