How's The Market in Markham?

Okay, so, if you're a seller or thinking about putting your home on the market there's some good news for you.  There were only 226 single detached properties on the market in September, compared to May when everybody wanted to sell and there were 426 similar homes for sale. Meanwhile, there were a  100 buyers  for these homes in September,  while in February  there were  104 single detached homes sold, and just 175 active listings.  This market is hot, approaching what we had in February!!!  How long is it going to last? Let me check the crystal ball :-)
