Here's a brief market update. The market is changing!!! Sellers are listing their homes for less in order to stay ahead of the market. You should soon start to notice a flood of listings coming on to the market. Our spring market is beginning to take hold. And with the promise of higher interest rates, Sellers and Buyers know that now is the time to sell and buy a home. If you're a buyer, you should prepare yourself with your mortgage pre-approval. Please speak with an independent mortgage broker. When something comes onto the market that suits your budget and lifestyle you will be able to take advantage of the opportunity and have your personal Realtor draft up an offer for you.
And, by the way, are you thinking about using the 'listing' agent?? Some people believe their best to deal will happen if they buy a home with the listing agent. PS. That couldn't be further from the truth. Please note, how many times you will be required to 'sign' acknowledging that you are well aware that the realtor is representing both the Seller and the Buyer. Does conflict of interest mean anything? If you were divorcing your spouse, would you use the same attorney?
