Location, Location, Location...Not
The words, location, location, location, should be replaced with emotion, emotion, emotion. Why? Because, buyers make their buying decision based on emotion. Not to say that location does not factor into the equation. However, if a buyer is excited emotionally by what he/she sees, feels, smells, hears, then his buying decision need only be supported by one or two rationalizations, i.e. price, location.
