Recently, I was asked how much I charge for commission. Now, don't get me wrong, but, I know it's a question that needs to be asked. But, I think a better question is 'how much more can you put in my pocket' than the next realtor and how are you going to do it?
Commission...really. I can't help but feel frustrated when that's the only thing people care about. Sure, you might pay less in commission, but, chances are you've just hired someone who is going to put less money in your pocket too. Isn't more money in your pocket the objective? Protecting your equity should be top of mind. What is your realtor's strategy? Are her ideas same old same old? Or does she utilize ideas that may challenge your comfort zone?
Same old, same old, is not where it's at in todays Real Estate Market.
