Selling your home? - De-clutter  first

So you've decided to sell your home -  de-clutter first. Organizational experts suggest that the best place to start the de-cluttering process is at the bottom. 

 Start with the floors and work your way up.  Make three piles....One to keep, one to donate and one for garbage.
