If it's true that knowledge is behind every great real estate transaction, then Cathy will put you in the driver's seat. She has a thirst for knowledge and belief that this is her/your most powerful ally.
Cathy earned her Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Hons.), from the University of Waterloo, received interior design training at Seneca College, and recently upgraded her realtor's license to 'Broker' status. One of Cathy's most notable achievements was her research paper on 'climate change' (1979), while an employee of the provincial government and a student a the University of Waterloo. She is comfortable thinking outside the proverbial box. And, will be your ally in any real estate challenge. Knowledge is the key to success and every successful transaction.
Community Support and Fundraising
Cathy has always felt a strong sense of moral duty to give back to her community. She is an active volunteer and supporter, of various charities and community events. Especially those that focus on children, including, i.e. The Children’s Wish Foundation, The Hospital for Sick Children, Skate for a Friend, Canadian Cancer Society, Markham Figureskating Club, Unionville Figure skating Club, various rep hockey teams in the GTA, soccer and numerous other charities.
Cathy’s mission is to partner with her clients, work smarter and achieve superior results for every trade in real estate. She is committed to understanding her clients needs, fostering great relationships, listening and giving the best advice, having fun and doing her best with honesty and integrity. Cathy cares about her clients and wants what is best for them.
Cathy is a member of Toastmaster's International, is an avid supporter of figure skating events, loves to go to the movies, read and exercises at a local gym.
Cathy has lived in the Annex, the Manor in North York, and has been in the Unionville/Markham for the last 30 years. She has three children and is married to Dr. David Innamorato, www.drdave.ca.
